Meet Our Dedicated Staff Reginald C. Irby, Executive Director Reginald, former resident of Atlantic City, NJ, worked at the Recovery Center prior to coming to Limen House in 1986 as a Resident Manager. Reginald, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, is also a former Board member. Michael Duffy, Counselor Michael has worked hard for Limen House since 2005. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. On a personal note, he is married with a beautiful baby girl. Sean McCauley, Counselor Sean joined the Limen House staff early in 2010. Prior to that he was employed at Sojourner’s Place for 5 years. Sean is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Prior to joining Limen House, she worked at Sojourner’s Place. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been doing alcohol and drug counseling for many years. She represents our organization in multiple ways. Deborah Pisan, Counselor Deborah was our office administrator before moving into the role of Women’s House Counselor. Carol Lovett, Clinical Supervisor Carol is a retired social worker supervisor with 30 years experience working with clients who suffer from severe and persistant mental illness and substance abuse disorders. She has been a trainer with DSAMH. Carol is a licensed clinical social worker with a specialty in gerontology and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Carol joined Limen House in 2006. Staff The professional counseling staff consists of an executive director, house director and 4 full-time counselors. Our Board of Directors is comprised of community leaders who supervise the Limen House and assist in its operation.
