Michael Duffy
Executive Director

Michael is a proud alumni of Limen House. He began working for Limen House as a counselor in 2005. Michael is passionate about the mission of Limen House and is dedicated to helping provide men and women a safe, supportive homelike environment to begin the process of recovery and brings a unique approach to the 12-step recovery model.


Danielle Archer
Case Manager

Danielle joined the Limen House team as the Women’s Level II Program Manager in June of 2019 and has transitioned to a fulltime Case Manager in the Women’s Level III program. She is a grateful alumni who believes in the mission of the Limen House and is active in the recovery community. Service to others is a lifestyle that she embraces and her passion is in helping others through their recovery journey. She is pursuing her Certification in Drug and Alcohol Counseling (CADC) and currently enrolled at Delaware Technical Community College.


Kyara Beck

Kyara Beck, LPCMH, NCC, I-CAADC, CCFC

Kyara is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) within the State of Delaware, Nationally Certified Counselor, Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Forensic Counselor. She joined the Limen House team after years in the correctional substance use treatment field wherein she worked with clients living with Co-occurring Disorders as they reenter society. As a clinician, she brings creative and responsive ways to understand addiction and the mind, body, and spirit of recovery for various populations, as well as practical methods to live one day at a time. Kyara utilizes personalized therapy modalities in combination with Emotional Intelligence-focused psychoeducation to reduce self-defeating thoughts and behaviors and sustain commitment to the client’s comeback story. She is an undying optimist and grateful member of the recovery community living the slogan of “You alone can do it, but you can’t do it alone!”


Chloe Baird
Program Coordinator

Chloe started working for TRIAD in January 2018 as an intern, and is now the Program Coordinator. She conducts client intake assessments and assists the counselors with scheduling and insurance billing. She also assists in partner outreach and day-to-day operations. Chloe earned her Associate’s degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling and Human Services from Delaware Technical Community College and completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Trauma Science at Wilmington University in 2019.

Siena Blanco

Siena Blanco, MS LPCMH
Clinician and Clinical Supervisor

Siena has more than 10 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health counseling. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy for the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, anxiety and depression. She utilizes compassion, humor and psychoeducation to assist her client’s in coping and moving the obstacles that have impacted their lives. Siena has earned a Master’s degree from Fort Hays State University and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kansas State University.


Tim Brainard
Case Manager

Tim is a grateful Limen House Alumni member from 2015, who has passion to carry the spirit of Limen House and the 12 Step model to those struggling with addiction. Tim found a calling after his experience in Limen House for helping others through AA and 12 Step fellowship, which presented purpose professionally. Prior to Limen House, Tim has worked in the field with those who were struggling with persistent mental health and substance abuse issues, offering hope and an example that recovery is possible. Tim believes in the Limen House mission statement and desires to provide a safe, healing space to break the cycle of addiction. Tim is also currently working towards earning his CADC certification.

Vincent Garibaldi,
Program Manager

Vinnie entered the Limen House in 2010, and remained active as an alumnus after completing the program. Vinnie founded the Amethyst Ball, a successful annual fundraising event benefitting Limen House. In August, 2016, he joined the Limen House team as the Men’s Level II House Manager. He currently is pursuing his CADC.


Mallory Giles,
Clinician

Mallory is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Delaware and in the state of Alabama. Mallory primarily utilizes cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and specializes in the treatment of chemical addictions, co-occurring and dual diagnoses, trauma, and mood disorders. She treats addiction as a disease and works with clients to develop a personalized recovery and relapse prevention plan. Mallory earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Alabama and has obtained her CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor).

Mallory Giles

Sean McCauley CADC
Program Manager

Sean is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Salisbury in 1986. Sean is currently the Program Manager for the Men’s Level 3 residence. Sean previous has worked with Meadow Wood and Rockford hospitals as a mental health worker and with the admissions departments. Sean previously was employed at Sojourners Place as a Case Manager from 2000-2010 helping the homeless to find local advocacy towards empowerment. Sean is active in the recovery community and committed to helping men find their spiritual process towards recovery using the 12-Step recovery model.


Cynthia Prange, CADC, CCDP
Program Manager

Cynthia was recently hired as a Program Manager, where she continues her commitment to NARR certified sober living in Delaware. She is excited about extending her 20+ years of experience to the Limen House team and residents, where she is eager to promote solid recovery skills to women. She has long term experience as a counselor in prison, criminal justice, residential, outpatient, and sober living settings; while working with residents who deal with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, legal and family matters.

Maribeth Przywara

Maribeth Przywara
Director of Development

Maribeth joined the Limen House/TRIAD staff in April of 2020. She gained extensive fundraising experience at several local and regional organizations including Delaware Nature Society, Easter Seals, and Padua Academy. A former teacher and school administrator, she holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Maribeth has been an enthusiastic member of the recovery community for more than 20 years.


Amy Spangler, CADC
Program Manager

Amy is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2003. She originally joined the Limen House team in June, 2016, as the Program Manager for the Women’s Level II residence and has since moved into the Program Manager role for the Women’s Level III residence. She is an active member of the recovery community and is committed to helping women navigate the process of early recovery through embracing the 12-Step Recovery model.


Joshua Stout
Data Manager

Joshua has a BA in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Denver, and is completing his Masters and PhD in Sociology at the University of Delaware. Joshua also works at the Center for Drug and Health Studies at UD, focusing his research on the impacts of the opioid epidemic on families here in Delaware.


Beth Undercuffler
Office Administrator

Prior to being hired in January, 2011, Beth held several positions over her 30-year career in human resources, payroll and benefits, customer service and office administration. Her wide range of prior experience prepared her for this opportunity at Limen House for which she is completely grateful.
